I asked him to confirm (or not) the slew of rumors on the various ACNTF threads around the net. Here's the summary: 1. MSFT - no deal about which he is aware. 2. Merrill Lynch - He's aware that they have been buying over the last week of so. 3. Packard Bell - Old news - nothing new as far as he knows. 4. Russians - Definite deal, news "some time next week" 5. "The Big Deal" - Not signed, but if signed may bring the company close to even first quarter. 6. New financing arrangement - none that he is aware."
