Reference: Oil Meeting Next Week?

I have heard something along these lines yet cannot find any information. I picked-up my last block of
GW on Wed. at sub $4 prices. There seems to be a lot of resistance at this $4 level, lets hope this is the
bottom. With that meeting next week, maybe so.

? Can anyone shed some light on just how much cash GW has on hand to hold out through this down time ?
With all the buying they did in 1996, I feel cash might be getting short. Comments
