Robert, you're correct. I called the Company today and talked to Harris in Investor relations. According to her 7 shares of DTEC will be converted into one share of PHOX within the next 60 days. The last time I called I was told that the conversion would take place by the end of February so I wouldn't bet on the timing. However the company looks like it have definitely turned around. They are doing business with Comp USA, Computer City and she mentioned that they recently got Best Buy as a customer. I asked her about the OEM market, since their product is lower priced than their competition and computer prices are falling so rapidly. She said that they are now going to concentrate on that area. You may have gotten a few of the details wrong when you first mentioned the stock but I think you discovered a solid turnaround situation here. It's a very intriguing speculation. Good work.
