I can't stand it any longer, I am new, planned on being a lurker. The Audited financial information should not be delayed because of anything that happened after the fiscal year ends. The Audited financial information is a snapshot of the company on the day it closes business for the fiscal year. I would assume given the nature of this company and it's growth, the numbers are done but the notes to the financial statements and the required documents (contracts, lines of credit, working capital etc.) are taking the accounting firm longer the expected. The company cannot release draft copies it must release the actual audited statement. Thanks for the time.
