Thats exactly what i was trying to get at.....the dividen was a good tactic to increase share price, but it didnt work. The buyback was also part of that overall strategy to increase share prices and its also a good idea...but it hasn't given the desired effect. I've been in this stock when it had just finished its 400 to 1 reverse split......ive sold...bought many times to make alot of money while never selling all of my position (from 0.70 to 3.00) so im not the newbie. im actually buying back in on a weekly bases at these prices, especially under $2.00. I support the management here especially Joe Murphy for all his hard work.......but if a strategy doesnt work, thats the bottom line it didnt............so now Management gives it another shoot and hopefully it does work. Out of all the messages i've read on this thread, only a few have tried to say it didnt work and all of you (cheerleaders) would trash them....WHY?......not realizing they are not attempting to criticize the company, they are just making a valid point and lookiing after thier investments. If any other company had rumor of a potiential buyout no matter how FOWARD LOOKING they are of 10-15 this stock price would be going up as well, it usually does, not here (WHY?)......so after all that everyone is right back where they started from, not being mean just truthfull...a few here have been asking why are people selling they get no response and are ignored, it is a very good question! especially if they hold for the $10-$15 sell...so why is everyone selling? Dont waste your energy bashing me try and answer the questions and figure out whats wrong after all its your money! One other note....i cant take credit for the term cheerleaders i've read it on almost every other forum....general perception i guess. Anyway good luck..long term this is still a great company.....cant wait to see which cheerleaders will trash me and which people are the smart ones keeping an eye on things.
