Senthil:

I can understand the skepticism, given the misfortune for many longs including the insiders who bought in the range $8 - $9.5. But, any one who continues to be skeptical should talk to IOM directly.

Announcing this information could be construed by the lawyers as a form of hype and, in the wake of so many law suits, they did not (IMO) find it prudent to announce assuming that smart investors have access to filing reports. Shareholders have a right to receive the proxy statements containing the holdings of insiders. They will mail the proxy statements (Dec 97 and Mar 98) to me.

Remaining on the side of insiders is a solace, not a guarantee for the stock's performance. Watch out: they were selling at high and are buying at low. They will buy more after the black-out period, IMO.
