Here's SGA tonight. I especially like the part at the bottom where they say SEXI is way oversold, but that they wouldn't buy it right now. Do you think there's any chance that Bill Clinton is the mystery writer for SGA? Talk about being the Kings of Hedging.

SYSTEMS OF EXCELLENCE : (SEXI) $.50 cents down $.70 cents and traded on the "Pink
Sheets"..... From what we can gather, Systems of Excellence resumed trading yesterday on the
Over the Counter "Pink Sheets." Systems of Excellence appears to have traded approximately
558,000 shares. It is our understanding that the Pink Sheets are a manual order execution system
unlike the OTC Bulletin Board which is an electronic order execution system. Apparently, the
trading halt issued by the Securities and Exchange Commission ended as scheduled. However,
since the company is reconstructing their financials, shares of SEXI had to resume trading on the
"Pink Sheets" rather than the Over the Counter Bulletin Board. Our source tells us that the stock
will continue to trade on the Pink Sheets until the company has completed their financial filings. It
appears to us that shares of SEXI traded throughout the trading session in a range of $0.25 to
$0.875 per share. Based on briefly watching the stock trade, it appears that shares were
consistently priced in the $0.50 per share area. Over the next several days, the stock should
trade with a tighter spread and possibly less volatility. As is relates to our stance, at this time, we
simply do not have enough information to make a proper judgment. However, we did speak
yesterday with the individual who was one of three people who spent four hours in SEXI's offices
last Thursday. This individual came away from SEXI's offices satisfied that the company has a
good product and that there is actually much in the pipeline in the way of future order closings.
Like the majority of investors, we eagerly await the completion of the audit. We would continue
to "hold" shares of SEXI pending additional information. Based on the fact that several sources
have verified what we've been telling you for months, we expect the stock to bounce from its
current over sold position. However, we would not average down or purchase additional shares
at this time. For additional information contact OTC Communications at (800) 457-8674 or
(617) 444-6100.
