Hi Mike.....May I apologize if my "quote" regarding negotiations was misleading. As I said (poorly).....I know of no negotiations and I think the comment (in a better context) was probably speculative. I will try and be a little more careful next time quoting anything out of context. BTW.....I agree with Norman D.
