Well, this is my last post until 3/30; I am taking a much-needed vacation with the family. So, my last prognostication for a while is pretty consistent with my previous recent posts. I see Bay meandering in the $25.50-$28.50 range until very close to earnings announcement(est. 4/15/98). There could be some swings outside that range in the week prior as some speculate(up and down) about whether the new quarter is starting out good. I expect someone to ask House(unless he is smart enough to bring it up himself first) on the conference call if the sales not consummated in March came in during the first two weeks of April(remember, he said they could have made the quarter if they had another two weeks). His answer to that question will set the tone the analysts take with Bay the next day. I think that there is little downside risk to their revised projections for this quarter; they'll take what they need and push the rest into April to increase the odds of making the projected record sales quarter($645MM+). They must show month by month progress towards that goal; no "backend loaded" spin will suffice. Hopefully, they will keep all those new PR and Street-confidants they recently hired up to speed on sales progress, and they in turn will keep the Street informed. We don't need another "information deficit" stock price slide this summer!

Take all the above as just one man's opinion.
