HI grayhairs; For example, if someone had inside information (not that it could happen)they could exercise (example)rts. to purchase 200k shares of BEA @ .70 this way keeping sh.price at these low levels and land prices from skyrocketing before the sales.You know what would happen ,if someone purchased 200k shares on the open market?
My question if you can answer , would ESSO allow BEA/STF to bid with them as partners in the land purchases April 1 ? Surly they wouldn't bid against each other.
