Larry,

Very important.....the post you wrote on the float. Save it. I would love to have you compile the data and information that I can feed to you in an effort to zero in on this. OK?

One thing we need to find out is whether the shares held by Yost and Parrish are counted in the free float or not. I do know that as of four months ago..(before rights conversion) Yost and Parish held 400,000 common shares each...and 500,000 rights each. Each right was exercised into 2 shares....one of the shares being restricted.

All of their shares are in certificate form.

I believe that it would be safe to say that now Yost and Parish each hold 1,400,000 shares.....500,000 of which are restricted.

I think we can really do some figuring on the float. I think we have a slew of it here.
