Craig, are you really being sued by this company because of comments made on an SI thread? How were you served with the suit? Did SI provide info about you? In which jurisdiction is the suit? Personally, I think you are a smartass (but so was I when I was 25), but I am shocked that we cannot have free speech in cyberspace. So what if I say IBM is a sham company? It's just hyperbole. I may not like what you say but I will defend your right to say it. If you need help mounting a defense you may want to call in the ACLU. In a way, I suppose this vindicates the power of the Net.
