Charles, From what I understand, that is correct. It seems that both parties have withdrawn their lawsuits and that the owner of lifesource whose 320,000 shares were frozen during the litigation will have to return them within a year. That adds 320,000 X (stock price in one year) to the company's coffers, or they can elect to withdraw them from the market. Whatever happens, they are going to be a factor for over a year. It is a very positive development for GRNO, and smooths out one of the few "bumps" remaining for the company.... And one more reason to consider the stock very undervalued... Regards, Ron
