What NAZ do you trade on? Rarely if ever do I see 1/16 spreads on NAZ. Maybe CSCO, MSFT, DELL..........sure, but middle and smaller tier stocks are ALWAYS 1/4 or more. UNPH used to trade at 3/4!! So did MCRL.

I see 1/16's more often on the NYSE all the time. EMC, etc. Ususally there, to, they want at least an 1/8. It's their business.

Limit orders are the way to go. Market order, as others can handily verify, will kill you.

Sorry dude, I think that article is right on. But hey...it's your money.
