This prestigious author comes up with a figure of $4.88. How does that correspond with my cover target of $4.80? I was 1.6% away from this author.<<

The author also said that he really didn't expect IOM to drop much further, and that he didn't think it would get anywhere near the DRV price.

But even if he did predict that price, would that prove it was going to happen? If two people say something that makes it right?

Sure, it may happen, but once again you confuse something that you have pulled out of your own head for a fact.
