The info in this last post seems reasonable... '97 was a restructuring year, and I believe they have the ability to do what they need to do. Anybody that has watched MSYS for a while doesn't doubt their ability to be survivors.

Are they clear of all bankruptcy overhead now?

Also, how did you get on the mailing list?
