This was another down week for the group. The spread was large, however, going from 17 to -20 percent. This makes for three negative weeks in a row. The ratio of down stocks to up stocks was nearly 3 to 1 with 9 stocks up and 25 stocks down. Three stocks had no change. The DOW went up 304 points this week, but semi-equips went down, down, down.
