Kurlack's estimate is that if Intel gets an 80% share of the server market, by 2002 they could have $25 billion in revenues from this source alone (compared to $25 billion from all sources today). Overall though he's fairly bearish on the semi companies, believing that the PC era has ended and the new one is that of the network. The theory is that with chips becoming a commodity, margins will shrink even if sales don't.
Of course he's been wrong before about Intel.
