IRF looks like a buy again. It tested the lower daily bollinger band yesterday and bounced today. The bid size was firm all day today. I believe there is minimal downside risk and about 2 points of upside potential in the short term.

Here's the numbers: support 11 3/4, resistance 14. If 11 3/4 doesn't hold, the next support is at 10 1/2.
