Let's go back in time to where the vile human mutation got it.

From "Hail Ceasar" - hailing Ceasar as god of earth. If I were to research it, it would go back to where Ceasar, the first one, pulled it out of, probably Egypt.

Hitler as a satanic devotee and a complete evil madman who thought he was a form of Ceasar to the Germans. They went along wiht it as they were nearly hypnotized by the brilliant occult hype. He also took that from pagan antiquity, and satan inspired him to perfect it.
