In case anyone interested hasn't seen what the last two posters are talking about... Jury Awards $174.9 Million in Damages to Mycogen in Seed Technology Dispute with Monsanto biz.yahoo.com and, of course, right on cue... Monsanto Will Seek to Have Jury Verdict Set Aside in Agricultural Biotechnology Contract Dispute biz.yahoo.com The number works out to almost $6 a share, based on Yahoo's 31.4 M shares. Guess I should have had the "Climbing" removed from the thread title a long time ago! Apparently it was acting as a jinx... PLS
