Altera [ALTR] gained 3/32 to 38 19/32 after Morgan Stanley upgraded the stock to a strong buy from an outperform. Spencer Clarke also upgraded the stock to a strong buy from a buy. Lattice Semiconductor [LSCC] lost 1/32 to 50 1/8 even after Morgan Stanley upgraded the shares to a strong buy from an outperform. Xilinx [XLNX] lost 11/16 to 39 7/8 after Morgan Stanley upgraded the stock to a strong buy from an outperform. Guess MS dosent have that loving feeling anymore..
