International Nursing may have filed lawsuits in the past. I'll take your word for it. I don't know. I do know that this suit isn't the work of International Nursing (now Medix Resources). This suit is the work of its subsidiary Cymedix Lynx. That company holds the patents, had the previous business relationship with ADRX, and knows the relevant facts. Their news release was carefully crafted. In my mind the words chosen showed the outrage the company must be feeling while leaving the door open for businessmen to discuss a possible way out. The MDIX news release and the spin placed on it after it was carried, do not bespeak of a frivilous or strike suit. The ADRX response was to try to yell louder and longer. Their actions were very peculiar.
