Assuming the lawsuit had been initiated between Roche and Genentech before the sale and that Roche has a 60% stake in Genentech, wouldn't it make more sense for Roche to negotiate the sale of Retavase to Genentech??? Or are you implying a setup/legal blackball tactics? I have to believe that CNTO isn't this naive! I hope. The marketing capability for Retavase should complement ReoPro and provide CNTO with an existing sales distribution channel for new drugs; i.e., Avakine. FNS
