Juli, That was a good open minded post and you have asked a question that I think that all of us would like to have an answer to. Why has there been selling in DCTC when the future appears bright? The following is my take on what has been happening and I welcome any other input on this issue. (This is strictly hypothetical) Suppose just for arguments sake, that tomorrow Joe were to sell DCI to a company in another country for some $$ value and in return for your DCTC shares you received X number of shares of the purchasing company. You would then own shares in a company that you probably did not intend to own beforehand (otherwise you would have bought them already) and whether or not that company had a bright future might be immaterial. Perhaps you have a need for the money, or maybe there are other companies within your own country that you are more familiar with and would prefer to use those $$ to invest in. Add to the mix, the fact that the new stock you own is fairly thinly traded and that as a result of some of the others in your group selling, the value of your new shares is decreasing. I can see how an investor in this situation would likely want to sell their shares and I have the feeling that this is the sort of situation that developed with the millions of shares that were released when the sale of the WH Smith contract was completed. The WH Smith sale was an excellent deal for DCI IMO, and the shares released were well earned but there there were so many that it has taken a long time to absorb them. That is my understanding of what has been happening with the selling over the last 4 months. I believe that once these shares have been truly dried up that we will see DCTC return to a reasonable valuation. Thankfully the company is working with us to speed up this process.
Congratulations on adding the 2K shares today and we are in the same boat, this is also the largest single investment I have ever made as well. Being in this position can sometimes cause biased opinions to develop so it's good to be reminded from time to time to be open minded and to also not become complacent. The track record of the management of DCI with respect to it's fair treatment of it's shareholders and the proven ability to grow the company with time has reduced the numbers of hard questions I have had about DCI with time. This element of trust is not something that a newcomer in DCTC is likely going to understand immediately and I can understand this, I was there once myself.

James
