Thanks for the prompt response Jeff. I appreciate the info. You are right, my cable isn't too reliable either.

I was looking at the $250 service and from their pricing table I thought the level II was included, so thanks for the alert. I use Bridge at work, but I am having to work from home more & more lately and it may continue until April/May, so I need something comprehensive. I got interquote, but I don't like it.

How do I get in touch with the salesperson? I didn't notice a phone number at their site. Also, are you using 28.8Kbps or ISDN?
