Both WSJ articles and 20/20 mentioned other methods but not transurethra,ie, MUSE. Was it because the reporters were ignorants? I don't think so since the 20/20 reporter is an MD - if he was ignorant, then he is a disgrace to the medical community.

When a boxer goes into the ring, he looks into the eyes of his opponent fearlessly. It seems to me Pfizer has a symptom of fearfulness because it does not look into the eyes of its opponent.
