From my perspective, it's not so much the listing process that people are worried about as it is the uncertainty. I bet if they lost the suit and printed 25% more shares (off the cuff, doubt it's that %) to cover, that the stock would move. Resolution of the unknown would allow them to crank out reports. Everybody would be happy, even if there is still a slight loss for last quarter.

From talking to people on SI who follow small oil and gas companies as their primary investment interest, I have formed some more conclusions. This company is not hindered by being unknown. Nobody thinks the ventures are pipe dreams (small pun). There could be monster money pouring in, except for that pesky suit/reporting. When the plan comes together, listing will be like applying for a chicken fat license. Like poop through a goose.

An addendum to KZAP's post. The company still believes there's a short interest. They don't know who or why. I think they are somewhat incredulous. I'm not pouring my paper route fortune in yet either, but shorting it seems suicidal. Depending of course what price they shorted at. It could still be a factor as the smoke clears.

The Brigham Young reference is sort of local politics in Utah. I think BY, in an effort to get a university named after him, led the Mormons to Utah. It was also to escape persecution. Taxes weren't invented yet. Little known historical fact. After the Mormons saw Utah, they made Young marry three more wives, all in menopause. Strong men wept. A proverb was born "if you camp on a mesa, don't pee in the middle of the night". TG's reference was to the Mormon church's influence/stranglehold on Utah business and politics. They are the royal family there. If you an unbeliever, you gotta be selling holy water from the fountain of youth to get a peddler's permit. I don't know what connections Enviro had, but Utah wants that well bad.

All subject to change according to whim,
Mike
