Yes, the state of Utah wants that well bad. As David Rabian, a lurker who is familiar with the legislative processess in Delaware, said, he couldn't believe the speed with which the legislation went through. In any event, we should be so proud that, across all of SI, our little thread and lurkers seem to be the only ones familiar with the financial ramifications of that well.
off topic** Isn't it amazing that whenever a persecuted group flees their persecutors, they tend to start persecuting others (see Pilgrims,Puritans,Mormons,Amish, all the other colonies vis a vis Native Americans, and every GD 3rd world guerilla movement from Mao to Che to Fidel etc ad nauseum).
