Greg; She does push the envelope, and the unions kept striking even when well paid, as is seen by the baseball strike greed has no limit and eventually someone must stand up to them or everything fails. This was shown by the craft unions grip on things that was broken by the industrial revolution. Well pretty soon the unions will kill their jobs by automation. Look at Inco. Even now they have remote underground operations, and the remote op could be in Singapore.

The government will soon face elections and might not do so well this time around. It's policies have started to destroy the resource industries and the Canadian Taxes are making Chinese move out of the west coast, which will make house affordable again out there.

In addition I think copper is coming back soon, by summer at the latest it will hit $1.0.

It all hinges on her ability to feed the vultures, but witha first mortgage on Kemiss to those lenders what has she got left to pledge?, future appreciation and the vultures are gamblers and might buy shares with warrants at current prices. If it turns around and goes to $3 they get 6 times their investment if it ceashes and burns, thems the breaks, and so I think she will get some deal like that.
