I'd like to see a CSMA press release (or series of releases) to the
effect that :-

1. The Utah Governor signed off on the legislation for the disposal well,
clearing the last hurdle in the approval process
2. Recently introduced Utah laws governing disposal of class V wastes
require strict compliance and provide for ($....) in fines for infringement
3. A local waste production of "x" amount occurs daily in the surrounding
region, and that Envirotech sees enforced compliance for their 14,000x BPD capacity.
4. The approximate fees levied per barrel are going to be $X and this will result
in $XXX earnings per share (triple X, as it's gonna be an obscene amount!)
5. It's party time.

Well, perhaps not #5, allowing for a professional representation, but you
get the idea. This would certainly spell it out in black and white, and
attract any investor with the most rudimentary mathematics and an ounce of
common sense.

CSMA hasn't been forthcoming in projected fees for the class V well, so
it would be nice to hear the figure, so we can work out the figures more
accurately. Even a ballpark figure would suffice, rather than our
$5 to $30 per barrel range.

Is Tuesday the supposed day for final ratification by the Governor ?

Happy weekend to all.
