Any STDM people out there? Please read the merger package being sent to you very carefully. Merging with Artecon is a joke. As of 2/28/98 Artecon had 0 cash 10 mil. in inventories - 12 mil. in receivables - and 13 mil. in debt - flat sales and losing money. Does this sound like a company you would want to merge with????????????
