Arnold...Has proper notice been given to Microsoft and if so when? What percentage of your original stock position are you still holding? Has IBM paid any royalties beyond their minimun license requirement and are they involved in any activities that fall within the scope of the license? If they are within the scope of the license how does E-Data monitor compliance with the terms of the license?
