BTW, the range per barrel was circulated as $10 to $30. I believe I'm the only one who has ever used a rate as low as $5 because, well, I don't know, I guess I like to do the "Bad Day at Black Rock" scenario.
The bills are ready for signature and when signed there will be a move. Yes, many do not like investing in non-reporting companies, but the various picks that Bacon Butts, Mick Orgas, Penny Wise, etc have made recently are not reporting either. Once a lot of these otherwise short term traders come in and do some DD, they may hang around for the long haul based on the fundamentals. Unfortunately, this will happen after another runup and pull back most probably. Nevertheless, there will be enough sticking around(after their obligatory profit taking) to offer support for the rise after the Forms are filed.
And who knows, once we get to a buck again, maybe some small pico or tera cap fund will sit up and take notice.
Just a general opinion of the near term future.
