M, What intelligent person would think a 1 cent per share dividend would affect the price of DCI. Joe had another reason in mind when he made this decision. I don't believe you will find any post from Joe Murphy stating he expected the price to go up on this announcement. As far as the buyback goes it has been stated by him on many occasions in many different ways that AGE can not buy at the ask. They can only take in shares at the bid. This will keep the share price from falling but it won't drive it up until the Canadians get finished selling. Best Regards
