Denny, I would suggest that you try to get into contact with Len Harris. I think that he would remove your doubts. The background of people we are dealing with suggests big technical merit (zip promotional). I've talked with them and they have convinced me that they have what they say. I will be talking to the company tomorrow and will suggest that they provide more specific data in their news releases. PS I've lost money many more times on the hyped plays that are spread by people such as GC.

I understand your concerns about the Washington property. What about the other properties? ie. Durango, Mexico where they are going into production hopefully by months end. Surely they must have what they say at Durango in order to go into production? Reveiw the numbers provided on the April 10/96 news release and I think that you can justify the current share price. There are many, many speculative stocks in junior mining which have extremely high market capitalization based on only the potential of hitting big. This is not one of them. CVR has current value. I have speculated on the potential developements which could take place on the Washington property. If they sign with the major then the speculation side on this property will have paid off in the near term. If they don't then we wait for future developement. But regardless of the outcome the company has a diversification of value and I expect the share price to remain bouyant. Does it look like any of the current market cap is taking the Washington property into account. Not much if any I suspect.

Thanks for your concern and I hope that you continue to watch this company develope.

PS. I know people who have long positions in Guardian. One of them being related to me and a real stickler for finding value and capable people(guess that is why he is worth millions). If he has faith in the people running this company then so do I.

John
