Committee (continued) page 2.... Any obscurity in my observations is intentional, but as time passes - what's left - I think a lot of things will not only become clear, but that you will observe your public company remain public, and begin to occupy the sterling position that George Smith and his team of outstanding engineers have worked so hard and long for. That's what we're all working together for now.
Don't for a second think that the battle is over - yet. So anyone with a will to help here is certainly welcome. A suggestions on how? There are a lot of investigative reporters out there who make their livings uncovering stories far less focused than this one. Whether you're in the West, in Texas, or any other part of this great land, and you know or have connections on a paper that has some weight, call them up - tell them that you have a barn burner of a story they should look into. Write a letter to the S.E.C. and the NASD office nearest to you. CALL THEM, even better. But frankly the most effective assistance we could use is sufficient funds to cover more legal representation. That ultimately is the only effective voice we can muster in the Court. If we win - IF - then all funds will be repaid. Any suggestions in this important area would be gratefully received. Those of you who have already done so, we're very grateful. |
