Gary I'm a little confused, I've never heard of any institutions coming in and buying stock at .13 levels. I could be wrong but seems a little far fetched. It would be too costly and too risky for institutional buying on pink sheets plus they need to invest large numbers of dollars in stocks at a time. Some of the stocks that are watched on SI an institution would be trading with themselves in a matter of minutes (they'd end up with the entire float). It also costs lots of dollars for institutions to do their dd and usually they start to lose interest in the small cap arena and never reach the micro-caps.

Your thoughts?
