Outstanding shares: 22,881,936 Float: 12,000,000 I think. MM's 14 Average volume 150,000+ From my experience there is usually a enviromental impact survey done before permits are applied for. Then there is a public hearing held. If there are objections they must be aired. After those objections are discussed and worked out the next step is to complete all permits required and another inspection is done at the site. Carole, I had just sent TG a private message that had the almost exact message you posted in post #5964 & the next post. However, my explaination was much longer! I glad your perspective matches mine and I'm sure many other longs. Thanks for posting! KZAP
