To add to that Arnie: While waiting many hours in the court room watching other company's being eaten up by attorney's fees I know that even with this write off it would have to be liquidated and the money would be used to pay off attorneys. Infact in one case I listened to the person claiming BK had to get a loan to pay off the attorneys. Go figure that one out. Our only hope here is to use the writeoff in a going business. That is why I say we need to get OUR company creditable again and move forward with a business plan and a BUSINESS!!!! Larry
