On Jan. 8 the high was $7.97 and OBV was 8.68 million shares. On March 20 the close was $4 and OBV was 10.4 million shares. The share price has declined almost 50% in two and a half months. At the same time the volume of shares traded on days the price was up less the volume of shares traded on days the price was down has risen over 20%. Thus, buying has been relatively heavy while selling has been relatively light. My conclusion from this data is that the smart money is accumulating shares at this level and trying to shake out the weak hands. I am going to add to my position next week. RWS
