Mr. Reece was a very late arrival to this play and brings with him heavy baggage. It still confounds me as to why he has yet to apply his noble principles to the Green Oasis mess he made

Since you believe that I created the GRNO situation the SEC, then I presume that you also believe that Riley and friends are responsible for RMIL's problems???

As for my activities, I no longer write a "newsletter", nor do I disemminate information derived from the company on the internet. I fully realize that it is incumbent upon that company's management to pull the company from the brink and re-establish credibility within the market for its stock. While supportive of the company, the rubber has now hit road and it must prove itself.

As far as I'm concerned, RMIL shareholders are still in denial and unwilling to make demands of company management. At least I felt fairly confident that GRNO was properly reflecting its total amount of shares outstanding. RMIL shareholders, unfortunately, lack this basic information in a documentable fashion. Total O/S shares is an imperative bit of information to know in order to assess the credibility of a short position.

I totally understand why Morgan/Breton do not wish to publicly address this issue. What I don't understand is why company shareholders are unwilling to make them do so. It all seems pretty basic to me and should be something the company would want to make known.

....Under ordinary circumstances.

Regards,
