Kieth: confidentiality normally runs for 12 months. That is the maximum allowed as after 12 months, the well logs are public domain.Big oil companies like IMO always go to the full 12 months on confidentiality.

Gamer: I'm not saying that IMO would bid against BEA et al, but if the test results to date and the siesmic looks good, we all know the price for land will be high-I'm saying BEA et al would have to contribute pro rata to their working interest or be diluted according to their contribution to the bid. Of course we could assume that IMO will have earned their working interest and will cash call BEA et al on each subsequent well. If BEA et al couldn't 'ante up' they would likely be diluted to their carried interests after payout.
