We won't do the "I don't lose till I sell" dance again. We both have different opinions on that. The purpose of my posts is to make people understand that shorting is just the other side of the coin. If you think the stock goes up you buy. If you think the stock goes down you short.I also said you never try to pick a top or short a strong stock. Those are the shorts that lose just as more bottom picking longs bite the dust. For long term investors like you shorting is meaningless because you are more satisfied riding the stock down and waiting for its reversal than taking advantage of the situation. Although for the life of me I don't know why. You will do fine but I really believe that this will not be the quick rebound that many on the thread have been predicting.I think that it will be the 3rd quarter or later before this stock sees 30 again and that depends on everything going right with the DEC deal. As your fond of saying 5 years from now you'll look back and laugh at this little blip and your probably right. But don't expect the type of growth you've seen in the past.
