How would you feel if your company was in the same situation?
You would make a strong statement period, and I hardly call
Andrx's statement yelling louder or peculiar. I suppose they just should have just ignored it, or should have made no public statement what so ever.
Frivilous lawsuits are filed daily, for everything and you should
know that. If Andrx's product was complete, and patented before
Cymedix, than Cymedix case is lost, which appears to be the case.
I agree the door was left open, as I believe their case does not
have enough merit to win, and certainly not for a fraction of
that amount.
You have your opinion, and I have mine. I will gladly place my
dollars on the table, and I am sure you will stack your quarters. |
