Dear All, 3Com SSII is an OEM product, not developed in-house. CoreBuider9000 will have a nice hardware architecture but check out the s/w features when it's launched. 3Com is a very divisional animal. 3500 was developed by then ex-Synernetics people so I rate that. ATM in the CB9000 will have been done by Nicecom people out of Israel. These people do not have good reputation for delivering reliable products or good s/w (just look at the CB7000) I tend to agree with Bosco re networking decisions - their not based on logical business arguments Good investing
