George, I sense that there was a good bit of frustration talking in your post and if so then don't feel like your alone on that front. I don't think that ALL of the selling has been or ever will be explained, but I do feel that the important bulk of our selling has been explained to my satisfaction and that when these sellers are truly done that through the increase in DCTC we will have proof of that explanation. I am not sure I agree with you that the sellers know a lot about DCI, why would this have to be the case? The facts supporting the conclusion that it has been the CC shares being sold seem to add up to me:

1. First this block of shares which were freed up right after the SMTK deal were large enough to create the amount of selling we have endured.

2. The timing of our drop vs. the completion of the SMTK deal coincides exactly.

3. We have had reports (contained within posts on SI) confirming large numbers of shares from that group being sold.

I agree that the stock buyback and stock dividend were expected to have a positive influence on the stock and if our sellers had not started taking advantage of the buyback that we would have stayed at a higher level or moved up. I think it was a wise move by management when it was evident that there was still a big seller, to let the stock price fall to a lower level before supporting it. I doubt that there is anyone more frustrated by the current stock price than Joe Murphy himself but some situations such as this one require time and patience to get through and I think this will be the case.

James
