More on SEEK & XCIT...

Well, the Yahoo SEEK thread reports that ML
is about to issue (or has issued) a change of opinion on
SEEK, XCIT and a couple of other players. NSCP as well.
SEEK & XCIT are both rated long-term accumulate and
high risk at this juncture. An ML downgrade, which seems
unlikely but ya never know, would be especially painful
to SEEK because ML underwrote SEEK's recent SPO. SEEK has
reached or neared ML's target price. On the flip side,
would anybody be horribly surprised that ML, the underwriter,
issues a SEEK upgrade or adjusts the target price upward...
?

( Incidentally, for those who don't follow this one
like a shadow, Denver's Berger Funds are now on record as being
a holder of SEEK. I believe it's there Small Company
Growth Fund...)

Oh, well, we'll see.

Happy Weekend!
