Roche could not sell the drug to Genentech - the US FTC made them divest this drug in order to obtain US approval for Roche's acquisition. The FTC didn't want Roche effectively controlling both drugs - one directly and one through its ownership of GNE. CNTO does have a put on the drug back to Roche depending on lawsuit results. I wonder what the FTC will say if the put were exercised? Good luck all - with any luck 45 (and eventually 50 again) is on the way.
