Dear George: Who's dancing?Good hard questions that I'll be damned that I don't know the answer(s).Yes a higher share price helps in any M&A situation but since we don't have that option "we" have to use our talents to get the job done anyway------so we use "calls" in our agreements---the right to buy back the stock in the immediate future --how can we do that??------We have one of the most undervalued(I know I use that word often--in this case I control it) Balance Sheets I have ever seen----what???---SMTK stock-------- if sold the other day would have yielded $5,000,000 in aftertax (due to loss carryforward)profit-------Muller Media(we never speak of them for fear of upsetting our investment banking community, who have never met a payroll in their life) whose library of films is vastly undervalued(their I go again) ---we own over 200 films!!!!--carried at zero cost on our B/S!!! combine these two and now you know (something we haven't explained before---taboooo) what some IB's NOW know and why they are so anxious to back us now.What we want to extract from them is institutional backing and research reports on us NOW.We have some explosive (IMO--don't want to upset some folks with that word) information coming out(no hype -- I don't want anyone to buy on that---wait for it to come out and judge for yourselves) .Some IB's want their" pound of flesh" out of us --at this price level -and we won't do it!Ergo because we have such a B/S thats why companies are willing to join forces with us despite our undervalued(their I go again)stock price.My Masters degree thesis was about leveraged leasing-----the forerunner of LBO's ---DCI's B/S is unleveraged therefore we have the capability and are ready to use it to our advantage now. I say again I don't know why "they" are selling but "I" ain't---and their is no mystery to that
